My new recycle strategy

#1 (5 days with no clicks and avg < 1.2) - New RR that not click and have poor avg;

#2 (7 days with no clicks and avg < 1.7) - Older RR that stop to click;

#3 (RR with 10 days or more and avg < 1.0) - Older RR that escape #1 and #2.

For example you can have a RR that click every 3 day but only one or two adds per day...a very low avg and is better to recycle him.
